Carey Baptist College (New Zealand)

Established in 1926 as the New Zealand Baptist Theological College. Name changed to Carey Baptist College in 1992. At present location since 1994.

Carey is the theological college of the Baptist Churches of New Zealand – a learning community focused on providing the highest quality theological training to Christians wanting to explore their faith more. Undergraduate courses in Applied Theology & Mission are offered and the college contributes to the University of Auckland School of Theology which offers undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in Theology. Specialist training for those preparing for pastoral leadership and internship training for those in church or mission roles are also available. Carey is open to people of all denominations.
